You select your wedding event hire company from our preferred list (or bring your own, given our flexible vendor policy). They manage the installation and removal seamlessly within the agreed access window.
Is there adequate power and lighting for a large outdoor event?
Is parking available, and is the site accessible?
Yes, we offer on site parking for larger vehicles such as buses, with plenty of available guest parking nearby. While the terrain is naturally grass (it is a farm, after all!), the main event areas and access points are firm and well-maintained.
Since you focus on 'raw' style, is it okay to bring in specific farm-themed decorations?

When you choose Glenrock Farm as your wedding venue, you will have exclusive use of our picturesque grounds for ceremony, photographic purposes, post- ceremony refreshments & function.
When it comes to the menu, the options are as limitless as your imagination. Have you considered a Breakfast Brunch Reception, a delightful High Tea, or even a charming Picnic? We are here to bring your culinary vision to life. Our barn comfortably accommodates table service for 100 people and for cocktail style receptions, we can host 200 or more. We also cater for more guests when your event is extended onto the paddock. A marquee style option is also available.
To ensure that your wedding day is perfect, Lena, our dedicated wedding coordinator, will assist you with your planning process. She will take care of contacting and liaising with your third-party suppliers, creating a detailed schedule for the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. On the day of your wedding, Lena will be present to organise and coordinate with your suppliers and MC, ensuring everything goes according to plan.
To add to the convenience and flexibility of your special day, you have access to the venue from 8 am for decorating purposes. You are also welcome to pick up your equipment and leftovers the next day. To ensure your guests’ safety and comfort, we provide secure parking facilities with a designated bus turnaround area. Our staff will warmly welcome your guests upon arrival and guide them through the beautifully lit entrance and trail to the ceremony and reception area. At the end of the night, your guests will be escorted out to ensure everyone leaves safely.
